  Topics in October include an author visit, finding health info, The Great Wall and food carving.
• LSC-Kingwood's ALL program honors members, volunteers - September 07, 2010
  Lone Star College-Kingwood's Academy for Lifelong Learning opened its doors to members and the community at the program's open house Aug. 25. The ALL program began in February 2004 with just 71 members. Now the program has more than 900 members and offers more than 375 different courses.
• David Smith Selected as Career Technology Dean for LSC-North Harris - September 03, 2010
  David Smith, who has served Lone Star College-North Harris in various capacities since 2005, was recently named the dean of the Career Technology Division for the college.
• LSC-Kingwood offers Second Start classes - September 03, 2010
  Think you missed your chance to start college this fall? Think again. Although the traditional 16-week fall semester at Lone Star College-Kingwood began Aug. 30, the college offers a variety of second-start classes with start dates beginning the week of Sept. 13.
• Lone Star College-Montgomery Art Exhibition Reveals Identities through Textiles - September 03, 2010
  LSC-Montgomery's Center for the Arts presents Connected Thread, a unique collection of textiles and works on paper by Catherine Colangelo focusing on her personal experience adapting to today's busy, fractured way of living.
